JobVite
The JobVite solution offers companies a system they can host that allows for employees to share open jobs through their own network of friends and associates. The network provides options for benefits to come back to employees and other people that provide references. We worked closely with the founders to establish the core user-experience and functionality as well as develop the branded visual interface design.

The Challenge:
Help develop a network-based service that companies could use to promote open jobs through employees own personal networks as well as other conventional external networks as a company desires. Provide a strong user-experience in which participants can track the jobs they are referring and the people who are responding.
This was another great experience - where we had the opportunity to work closely with the founders of the company - both Engineers. The team trusted our expertise and experience to have us participate in working through the product strategy in order to define the core features and user benefits. This foundation of participation enabled our deep understanding of the business goals as well as the user-experience goals that would be necessary to achieve thenm. We then worked through each step to define the user-interface: first, beginning with the user-task flow and eventually moving into the application branding and visual design.
