One of Irwin Equity's product lines focus on middle tier income families looking to consolodate debt. These are people with good credit ratings and the overall risk is low. In order to differentiate and establish a clear brand with consumers, the goal was to build a polished, easy-to-access brand that could make understanding this information more down to earth as well. We also had to create an administration system for the bank - for updating rates.

CHALLENGE + SOLUTION
The Challenge: We were faced with developing the kind of brand people in the middle-tier income level would want to find in a loan company. Someplace they felt was high-quality and trustworthy.

Our approach was quite natural - in that we knew customers would want to understand all the details if we could present everything in a very clear and understandable, simple way. Those characteristics drove the organization and visual design of both the brand identty and the site, itself. We focused on making the information as clear and understandable as we could. No surprises.
