Senior Producer

As the Senior Producer, you will work in a variety of capacities to help plan, strategize and complete our numerous product development projects. While you’ll be on the “agency-side,” you’ll be working as an “extension” of our clients’ own resources. Additionally, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) working with the sales manager on new business development, internal resource planning, project scoping, product strategy, client management, and project management.

Business Strategy & Resource Planning
As a key player in all product development projects we take on, you will be often called on by the President to help strategize on which projects to take and which projects to pass on. Providing reports on resource efficiencies and opinions on where to strengthen staff as well as input on business development strategy.

Product Development
As the producer lead, you will participate in strategic discussions directly with the President and clients - helping to set direction and strategy at the client-level. A very unique opportunity, you will be exposed to a great variety of new product ideas on a weekly basis and given the opportunity to help add to our clients’ existing business strategy.

Product / Project Management
You will also be responsible for leading the requirements-gathering portion of our projects as well as the documentation of design/functional specifications. You will work with internal resources to prioritize projects, establish process and manage scope to maximize the performance of the team. You will provide feedback internally to necessary resources as well as manage clients directly - providing updates to project process and fielding questions and new requirements. You will establish and maintain project communications with all parties involved in order to keep moving projects forward to meet objectives and goals.

Being organized is key, and staying cool amongst changing priorities and multiple clients/ projects is a must. You must have a positive, “can-do” and a problem-solving attitude at all times, and you must enjoy leading and managing a team with many different disciplines: information architecture, art direction, interaction design, graphic design, and engineering. You will be working directly with innovative clients and projects, so the ability to be organized, strategic, and present yourself and your team in the most professional and efficient manner is critical.
